I don’t normally leave reviews but in this case I had to! I cannot recommend this service enough which we used in Gran Canaria. The drivers are so friendly, helpful and professional, very punctual. The vehicles are beautiful. I will 100% use this service in future.

We have used Canary Forum earlier and were impressed by the quality of service. This time it was equally good. We were met at the airport on time with the driver holding a sign with our name. After a short walk to the luxury car we were taken directly to the hotel entrance. Payment was handled and we were asked to confirm the time for our return trip. When going home the driver was on time and we had another pleasant drive to the airport. With the reliability, excellent drivers and the value for money we will continue to use Canary Forum and will recommend this company to others.

I was using your services for the fourth time and as always I was very satisfied. Timing, behaviour of the drivers, the cars are always clean and there is enough space. Upon departure/pickup from the hotel, the driver is there on the spot 10 minutes earlier so your car is already waiting for you. I am recommending to everyone to use your services as very reliable.

we have used the service for many years and have always found the it good but this year we had to change our flight because of it getting canceled we then had 90 minutes to get from our apartment to the airport, i phoned and taxi arrived in time and got us to our flight on time .MAGNIFICENT THANK YOU

Would definitely recommend this company for airport transfers. It takes away all the stress off the buses as it's direct, private and far more comfortable. The drivers were friendly and professional, vehicles spacious with a touch of luxury - Mercedes Benz mini bus both ways for the 3 of us. The price was the cheapest we found so was excellent value. Don't be put off by the more basic website either - a very professional and reliable service. Will definitely use again next time!

Book a transfer from airport to hotel - hotel to airport. The driver was waiting for us when we got off our flight with our surname on a message board. So helpful with the luggage as there was four of us, lovely driver and so nicely dressed. Was on time for our pick up back to the airport. The transport was lovely and very clean inside. There was nothing to dislike and will book again for next year for our visit to Gran Canaria.

We could not fault this service from picking us up at the airport the driver introduced himself shaking our hands to welcome us taking us to a pristine Mercedes we enjoyed a comfortable journey from the north to the south of the island and the same return journey on the same day would highly recommend and a very good price keep up the good work x

Well mannered and smartly dressed driver met us at the airport and escorted us to a immaculate vehicle and drove us to our hotel. On the return journey to the airport we were met at the hotel by the driver and the same courtesy was given to us. Would highly recommend this service to anyone and will be using them again. The whole experience was a pleasure.

I'd booked the complete holiday myself and wanted a seamless door to door no hassle service from arrival to departure in gran canaria Booking online was simple and efficient and as promised the driver was waiting with our name board and positively whisked us off to Puerte de Mogan in a clean and fast BMW. We chose to change or collection time to give us time for mbreakfast and the email was quickly replied to and as promised the driver was waiting for us at the allotted time to take us back to the airport. Excellent service.

Booked a limo with CanaryForum from airport to hotel in Puerto Rico. Overall booking was very simple and received confirmation by email very quickly. Driver in limo went pretty fast, which was ok but not when you have a bottle of champers in the back. The fact there is nowhere to put it once its opened I had to hold it on my lap. It was in an ice bucket(no ice though) but was cold so this was fine. The fact you cannot either lay it down somewhere without it flying about the seats to me is something that needs remedied. We got overcharged when we got to hotel, which was unfortunate with people at hotel seeing us getting off trying to find some more Euros, did not look good. I emailed to complain, I received an apology almost immediately(new girl made a mistake in booking office) and got offered either a refund or a fantastic deal for return trip. We opted for return and they gave us a limo too which was much appreciated. All in all, would use again, good service at affordable prices.
