“Punctual and easy to find”

We booked the service both from BKK airport and Phuket airport . When we arrived BKK airport, it took us so long to get our luggage and the arrival hall was very busy, luckily the driver was still wating for us and it didn't take us long to find him, he was waiting for us and carrying the sign with my name on. The driver couldn't speak much of English but the journey was nice and smooth. In Phuket airport, it was a bit different. There were some other taxi drivers tried to push us to use... (read more)

“Old cars”

When we arrived at BKK airport there was no taxi. We had to call customer service. After that call there was a taxi in 15 minutes. The car wich was driven by the taxi driver was a very poor old Volvo and smelled like a box of sigarettes. The trip to our hotel was verry quick and problem free. Our vacation was great. We had to change our pick up time for the return flight. I send an email to customer service and in a couple of hours there was an awnser. (Very quick) The car who was picking... (read more)
