The friendly driver arrived on time for both trips between the airport and our rental apartment and the vehicle was spacious and clean. First class. The driver was waiting at the airport with our name on a board. He assisted us with our luggage to the awaiting vehicle. When we arrived at the hotel he again assisted us with our luggage. On the day of departure the taxi was waiting for us outside the hotel. Very pleased with service provided. Driver was waiting for us at arrivals and was easy to find. He showed us outside and told us where to wait. Two taxis appeared quickly and we were off to the Hotel very quickly. I was in taxi 2 and our driver made arrangements with us for collection on the Sunday afternoon. Superb service! Our driver was there ready to pick us up as soon as we arrived. He got us to our hotel quickly and safely and provided us with the voucher for our return journey. We had a very early pick up on the way back at 4am and were concerned that the driver might not be on time but he was 10 minutes early! We simply gave him our return voucher and that was it. As an alternative to taking public transport, Airport Transfer Budapest was worth every penny. We booked the return journey option which , as well as saving money, took the hassle out of organizing the return trip to the airport. We were greeted at the airport by a man holding a board with my name on. We were then driven directly to our hotel. For our return journey, 4 days later, a car came to our hotel at exactly the requested time. No fuss at all. (read more)

Met at the airport by representative as flight was early the car was not there yet. The rep kept us updated and waited with us until the car arrived, and took us to meet the driver. A really nice driver who pointed out landmarks as we drove over the Danube. The same driver picked us up for the return arriving 15 mins early.
