I've been using Forge for 10 years. Unfortunately recently, I was charged twice for a booking - Forge's error, which they are now trying to duck out of repaying. Very unfortunate as I've been a loyal customer until now. Shocking way to treat customers. I'm trying to speak to them about it, but I've been trying for 2 months. This mysterious 'Dawn' doesn't respond to phone messages, contact us forms, or emails. I would give up, it's only £31, but it's my £31. I'd rather pay more and park elsewhere from now on.
Lesson for businesses - treat customers fairly - especially your loyal ones!!
