I arrived Heathrow on time and had called Secure Park. They didn't show up. I rang every 10 minutes for over an hour, when they did answer the phone and mostly you can't get through, they said they would be there in 10 minutes. They turned up 1 1/4 hours late and the only reason I caught my flight was because it was delayed.

On the way back it took nearly 2 hours for my car to turn up.

They have been subject to BBC Watchdog investigations after complaints. I have researched further and they are not even the cheapest available.

Do yourselves a big favour and just don't go anywhere near this company
