“Extensive damage”

We left our car with Secure park Heathrow. They didnt turn up with the paper work. When we returned from Holiday our catalytic converter had been stolen and cost us over £1300. The company refused to pay for the damage saying that we should be insured, despite the fact that their terms clearly state they are responsible. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
