Check in was quick and easy, the gentleman on the gate had all our details as we pulled up. We explained we didn't need the transfer til the morning as we were staying next door at the Premier Inn and that was no problem. Parking was straight forward in one of the ground floor bays and we handed our keys in and walked across the car park to our hotel next door. In the morning we walked back, got and a mini bus and after about a 5 or 10 minute wait we were driven with our luggage to terminal 3. Only about a 10 minute drive.
Coming back, we phoned as we collected our luggage and were told which bus stop to go to. The bus arrived within about 10 mins, although there were a couple of people at the bus stop claimed they had waited 50 minutes, so I'm not sure if they had phoned first or misunderstood.
We will definitely use them again each time we need Heathrow parking.
