This is the second time I have used purple parking, on both occasions I have been very impressed.

This was a first time to use the pickup your car on return at the airport service rather than get a shuttle bus...well worth the extra money after a long flight.

Only thing that stopped this being a 5 star review was that the post code information was not accurate for my car drop off takes you totally in the wrong direction.
I was using sat nav as I was travelling alone.

Luckily your good call centre staff were able to give me an accurate post code and I found your depot with no issues.
Would it be time to look at this issue as it was a bit stressful, not what you need when you are under time restraint to get your flight.
