Generally the customer care as usual on arrival was second to none with only a short wait to get the bus rolling and a short trip into the terminal drop off zone, however on return 20 min's in the cold at bus stop 17 terminal 2 Heathrow whilst two purple buses passed through was not great, but to be fair we passed a broken down silver bus on the carriageway close to the depot so that may have accounted for the delayed response.
Generally good value for money and a stress free start and end to a hectic business trip.
