The M25 ground to a halt for two hours, meaning we missed our flight. On arrival we were given very kind assistance to arrange another flight and an overnight stay. This service was beyond their normal service and was greatly appreciated. I have used Purple parking several times but this time they excelled themselves.
The member of staff who helped us was a breath of fresh air for their assistance, we appreciated their help. They even suggested a local eatery for a meal, this was much needed after a horrendous journey.
