I recently went on holiday and parked at London Luton purple parking. Please can I advise you stay away from this company! The staff are very rude and unhelpful on your return. Not only that my car was damaged and they are refusing to pay for the damage even though my car was fine when it arrived. Someone obviously smashed into my mirror. Not impressed at all.. Currently fighting a battle with them to view the pictures they take of your car before hand.
