Mr & Mrs Snowdon. We used Purple Parking for the first time when we flew from Heathrow in January. The initial information and directions were excellent. When we arrived at the car park the car was photographed and then we were directed to the car drop off area and were given all relevant information. We were then were taken by mini bus to the airport. We did not have to wait around and the staff were very curtious and efficient. We were given a number and ref No. to ring on our return. We were directed to the appropriate bus stop which was just outside of the door of the airport and they were waiting for us. We were take directly to our car and were on our way immediately. We found it a very efficient service with no hassell and no waiting around. I would definately use them again
