dropping off car staff very pleassnt and helpful but when picking from airport driver very rude and unhelpful
driver refused to help with loading bags in the back of vehicle ,but when we arrived at carpark driver whole attitude changed and helped unload my bags . it seems he was putting on a show for his other colleagues
