Booked the car parking from internet, pot luck we chose this one. Not disappointed. Easy to find from insrtuctions supplied, approx 20 mins from BHX. Bus ready to leave as we arrived pre flight. On return, bus was waiting but had to wait only about 15 to 20 mins to fill bus, which was fine but after long wait for bags from carousel, would have been good to have been able to get going to our car to commence journey home.
Drivers both ways very good, and especially on way back driver very helpful and helped load the bags. man in office on return very good and efficient. No complaints. Value for money.
