Booked the service and dropped/collected the car very smoothly, however 202 miles had been covered in my 3 month old Audi and I found a cigarette butt under the seat, and a very strong smell of air freshener. Purple parking have denied this could happen as the car apparently locked up for the duration. They cannot prove this but are refusing to accept any liability.
