I've used this service at Heathrow Airport a number of times in the past and its always been efficient and hassle-free - just what you need both before and after an overseas trip.

I returned from my latest trip on Saturday evening (12th Nov). As usual my car was ready for collection when I got back to the carpark. Great. I drove home thinking how smoothly everything had gone and was unpacking when I realised with increasing horror that my camera bag was missing. (Of course it was missing - I'd left it sitting in the carpark!). I felt genuinely sick - it had ~£2k of camera gear in it - and all my holiday images!

You can imagine my relief when I phoned up the Purple Parking office and heard it had been picked up and handed in by our driver.

So, if you're in any doubt, be assured that these guys *DO* provide a great service.
