Parked car no problem, returned from Holiday the barrier would not open to let us out,popped in to the kiosk spoke to the guy on the desk,He pointed out that i had a wrong index number for the car on the booking, in seconds he corrected it and we were on our way,thanks to the desk guy and the company for fixing the problem,
I have had similar problem else were and they did not want to amend the system and tried to take full fee with no discount took me about 15 mins to fix that one out,
So again WELL DONE Newcastle airport parking.
