Car arrived back dirty inside!

I have used Maple Manor parking several times before and always had a good service.
We used them at Gatwick last week and one of the cars in our party, a Jaguar X Type was the only car to turn up without paper protecting the footwell. It was returned with muddy marks in both the foot well and one the door step of the drivers side. The car had been valeted prior to the trip, so was spotless inside when the car was left with them. When i contacted Maples customer service team i was told they wouldn't accept responsibility and that the car park where the cars are stored are kept in a pristine condition,i stated to them the car had been valeted so they have proceeded to send me photos of the vehicle being driven into the car park for drop off being dirty on the outside, this is not what i was complaining about,there attitude is shoddy at best and i would be very reluctant to use again.They have said if they receive a receipt for the cleaning of the foot well they will refund £10.
Very dissapointed with the service.
