I returned from holiday at the end of april and after collecting my car (this alone took ages waiting outside the terminal) the driver arrives - parking almost in the middle of the road and leaving the parking brake off resulting in the car moving forward a little!

After getting in the car - I imediatly noticed my wing mirror was not right - I touched the mirror and it fell down and was wobbly.

I called the number I called previously at the time of collection and they said to contact customer support...

This was the start of a nightmare - the person I was emailing "Larry Gerber" refused liability even though I stated I had evidence of this problem not existing prior to being with this awful company.

To quote;

There is no evidence from your video of recent damage to the mirror casing,
only the loose housing. Had Maple Manor Parking damaged the housing or the
casing, which in turn broke the retaining clip and loosened the bolts, then
there would have been some evidence of recent damage on the housing or the
casing. As there was none, Maple Manor Parking will not be accepting
liability.

It feels like they have had to 'defend' themselves many times which would lead me to believe they are damaging many cars and backing out of liability.

I don't really know what to do from here but I STRONGLY advise EVERYONE to NOT use this awful company.

value for money = terrible due to damaging the car
security = terrible for damaging the car

I'm not surprised to read this review, I also had a disappointing service from Maple Manor when I returned back from holiday the driver arrived 30 minutes later, he was rude, unhelpful & arrogant, I had my elderly disabled mother with me and he refused to help with her wheelchair of luggage saying it was not his job. I called Larry Gerber to complain, he acknowledged after speaking with the driver that his behaviour and attitude were unacceptable, I asked for a partial refund and this was refused so I will never use or recommend Maple Manor Meet & Greet Service.

I totally agree with exactly what you are saying,my experience with them was dreadful damaged my vehicle and denied everything, Mr G is so rude and unprofessional. Lets get some one in who deserves the job and can do a good job at it and who is professional. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Just had terrible experience with Maple manor. My rear headrest was missing when I got my car back. I was also told to contact customer services and had the misfortune of dealing with Larry Gerber. He is so rude I was told that they are not responsible for the contents of the car!! I hadn't realised the headrests were classed as contents. He told me to contact the police if I wanted to Persue the matter. Again I don't know where to go with it.
