Booked car parking for 6 days at skypark secure in Manchester. On the evening before we travelled my husband accidently filled our diesel car with petrol and the registered registration plate was no longer acceptable as we had to take our other car. Tried to contact skypark but nobody was available to speak to nor to answer emails. Arrived at site to try to alter booking for the other vehicle and nobody was available again. I emailed skypark to alter the booking and to date (although we are now home) nobody has bothered to contact us to deal with our request to amend the booking. Once they have your money they are not interested in customer service. Beware of booking in advance as you have no recourse in an emergency.
