When I phoned on arrival, they had the wrong collection time logged and said they were not expecting me for another two hours. The driver however did come immediately and collect the vehicle.
When we returned, the car was promptly returned within 5 minutes although the reason for this soon became apparent when I checked the mileage. There was 25 miles on the clock over the drop off mileage. The car had been driven to/from the car park more than once. My explanation of this was that they were using the car to transport another driver. They denied this and refused to compensate for the unauthorised use of the vehicle.
My advice would be dont use MIA as they are untrustworthy and do not deal adequately with complaints.
