I telephoned the company on 0161 436 3000 and agreed a price with an employee. I was then asked to confirm by E-mail which I did and received an E-mail confirmation from them agreeing to a price of £35.00. I rang back the next day with the flight details and spoke to a lady who was most unhelpful who advised that she woulod take my booking as the people I had previously spoken to had no authority to quote a price.
