I have not had a good day....

Started well enough, I checked in with a low cost airline from Dublin (they do seem to be getting a bit better at service :) ) and then went to book my car parking.

I selected looking4parking, went through the options, selected the parking I wanted, started the booking process, paid the amount through paypal, was in the process of completing the booking form when I got a phone call meaning I couldn't take my flight after all :(

Got onto instant chat with a rep and asked to cancel and get a refund all fine. But then I get an email refunding the cost of the parking but not the additional BOOKING FEE.

I message the Customer Service rep again to be told " it is company policy ". I politely explain that I hadn't finished the booking as I hadn't entered in or submitted the details of the car (!) and was told I had made a full booking.

Fair enough, so I asked to raise a complaint and escalate to a line manager. I was told "THERE ISN'T ANY MANAGER I CAN RAISE A COMPLAINT TOO AS THE TEAM LEADER LEFT THIS WEEK".

Fair enough, so is there another manager I can raise this complaint too?

"NO THERE IS NO OTHER MANAGER YOU CAN RAISE A COMPLAINT TOO".

...right... So as a junior manager in your Customer Service department has left there is no other manager I can contact?

RESPONSE? "I feel that you are harassing me for something that I have already explained"

At no point was I rude or harassing, I am a former call and contact center worker, so I am deliberately not aggressive or rude to anyone on the phone.

This just seems to be really bad service. Its less about the booking fee, but the response when the customer relationship broke down - very poor.
