Pros

I recently travelled from Liverpool to Amsterdam using easy jet with my wife who needed to use special assistance , the care and patience offered to her from the OCS team was second to none and so much appreciated by us both as it allows us to continue life normally and travel which my wife loves to do. Parking was easy to find and use. Online check in was easy enough to use. The airport was clean and the staff onboard the flight were polite and offered a great service.

Cons

We have travelled a few times on this route and always used the same bag as hand luggage with no problem at all to fit both our clothes and medicines etc in , however the girl on the desk this time decided that the bag was to big and charged us £60 to put the bag in the hold which kind of got our days away off to a bad start as we hadn't budgeted for this happening.
