“Long stay car park”

Yet again on my return to exit the Long Stay car park the barrier did not operate and indicated I owed £190 for the 3 weeks parked despite having prepaid ! It took 10 minutes for the operator to reply to the button call and the guy was not particularly apologetic.
The system needs sorting out properly and your staff retrained in customer care.
