From where I live I find it cheaper than getting a taxi to and from the airport. No long waits for a shuttle bus or hanging around to be picked up after you have had your holiday when you arrive home at silly oclock. The only thing I dont like is people putting silly hand luggage or smallish cases in the lower racks and then your left to struggle to lift your case high up(when you are a pensioner) because they have taken up all the room. Would never use these again. We followed the directions exactly into long stay terminal 1 and 3 at Manchester airport parked up no problem yet when we returned we were greeted with a £105 parking charge as it was the wrong car park. Spoke to the attendant and he agreed that the directions we had taken were correct as jet parks had stated although it was still the wrong car park that the directions led to. (read more)

Very happy with the service overall. No long delays in waiting for buses. The bus driver was happy helping people who needed help with luggage etc, which I'd not seen before with this company. We have used the Jet Parks parking and bus to terminals on many occasions and will continue to do so. Its easy to book on line. Directions on the booking form are spot on. and we never have to wait long for the busses to and from the airport terminals. Price is great value for money. We returned back 6 days late due to a medical emergency a couple of years ago, and on our return we had no problems at all with the Jet Parks attendant, he was most helpful and we were on our way without delay.... It's easy for us now to get to the car parks but newcomers might find it a bit tricky because of the roadworks. It's a joy to use the tarmac park after wading through icy puddles before in the unsurfaced ones. The buses are great apart from some customers - you must know the number bus for coming home - don't get cross with the drivers. All in all it's a great service once you know it. (read more)

I have used several different car parking companies when flying from Manchester in the past, but have found that Jetparks is far the best. Easy to find, almost no waiting time for the transfer bus and when you arrive back the access to the motorway is easy to find. I would highly recommend to travellers. The car parks are close to the motorway network and easy to find from the directions supplied, always seem to be plenty of parking spaces, no need to look for a space near the exit as the regular bus service does a full circuit of the park, plenty of bus stops within the park so never far to carry your bags. Although more expensive than my usual train journey to the airport the car parking option at Jet Park 3 was more convenient because the return flight time arrived quite late and was potentially too late for the train and further bus connection if there were any delays. Although some of the following seem obvious, as a first time user I would have preferred better instructions telling me exactly what would happen on arrival e.g. after reading the car number plate the barrier doesn't go up,... Booked online and were told the camera would recognise the number plate and let us into the car park this took a long time after moving backwards and forwards in the car. On leaving the car park the same happened and we had to press the help button on both occasions other people getting in and out were having problems. The cameras didn't seem to work that well and in the instructions emailed there was no info about what do if they did not work. (read more)

I used jet parks plus for a city break to Bilbao, We followed the directions off our onlone booking form and found the car park with ease, On arrival at the barrier my number plate was recognised and my token was waiting for me, i entered the car park and had several spaces to choose from so picked 1 near transfer stop number 17, after unloading my 2 cabin bags we walked over to stop 17 and the transfer bus arrived in approx 6-10 minutes, I was greeted with a freindly hello from the driver... Do to a cancelled flight I was approx 8 hours late in picking up my car and was charged £10 to get out of the car park. The cost for 8 days was only £34. having called the customer services I was told "well it's not our fault your plane was cancelled". Very true. But at a time when you are are stressed through being late I now have the hassle of trying to recoup my additional expenses from my airline. Jet Parks offer a further choice of car parking around Manchester Airport porporting to be the new economic parking service. Whilst collection and return buses are quoted as within 10 mins max waiting this can vary considerably from 1 min to 20 mins. This is the 2nd time we have used jetparks and would happily use again, always plenty of spaces and no matter how far away you feel you have parked, there are plenty of Bus stops to hand with regular collections, we have never had a long Wait to be collected from the car park or the airport! car park jetparks 3 is easy to find and theres a very regular shuttle service during the day...however we have used jetparks 3 many times before and the pick up from the airport by the shuttle bus on the return journey is much slower.we always land at around midnight and have never caught the shuttle bus within 20 minutes of waiting at the bus stop....Its an easy service to use though and reasonably priced which is why we return year after year... Great value, easy to use. I wouldn't bother getting lifts or using airport transfers again It was so easy, value for money and a great view of runway and landings from car park- kids loved it| The pick-up from airport is literally just outside terminal doors and we waited less than 5 mins for a bus. We first used Jetparks two years ago, our first time flying out of Manchester Airport. We were so impressed with how easy the experience was that now we are retired and have started taking more holidays, we will be using Jetparks every time we leave our car at the airport. It is imperative that when you pay for jet parks that you make sure that you have the correct post code for the chosen space as otherwise you will be taken to the wrong area and have to pay extra to get out. This was extremely upsetting for me and my family, being landed with a £100 fine otherwise the help assistant would not raise the barrier to let you out. I used Jet parks for 3 times in the past 6 months. Used Jet parks plus twice and Jet parks 3 once. I was very satisfied with the Jet parks plus but not the Jet parks 3. Reasons, 1. The floor surface of Jet parks 3 was not smooth and filled with the pebbles, it was very difficult to pull the luggage on that uneven surface. 2. Booked for Jet Parks 3. On arrival the scanner wouldn't scan my print booking so had to buzz to get in and was given a token to get out. i have used jet perks before and each time the service has been good. the locations are close to the airport and bus picked up are like clock works! very very good! The online booking system is very good and normally you get a good price however i do think if you are caught short and need to book closer to the time you are faced with a high cost. On the whole jet park 1 and 2 are close to the front door of the airport whereas 3 is further away but the transfer time is still good. (read more)

I only booked with Jet Parks due to a special offer but its has spoiled me for any other choice. You drop off and collect your car outside terminal 1 just behind the large taxi building. It the easiest & stress free method, you don't have to rely on friends or family or private hire taxis that may or may not turn up! you don't have to hire the very expensive airport taxis. I use jet park 3 at Manchester airport......a lot, i fly out to my place in the states every 6-8 weeks so am used to travelling and all that can and often does go wrong.
