Just wished that I had read all these accounts before I booked with i-park. Driver was delayed 20 minutes to collect the car and then I waited another 35 minutes after an agreed delivery time (with another couple who eventually retreated to the terminal building as it was so cold waiting in the car park! This is not a professional outfit - they will collect and deliver your car when they can - not necessarily in line with the departure and arrival time of your flight. They are rude , aggressive and totally unsympathetic on the phone (when they actually answer it) and have a list of excuses that they use - none of which is acceptable or reasonable give the service that they say that they will deliver. DO NOT BE SEDUCED by their current summer offer of 30% discount - the stress will ruin your holiday.
