I've used VIP for over 10 years now ,and I keep on using them because they are fast and efficient. Never had a problem and Ive used all terminals at Heathrow with them plus their excellent Hotel stay ( mystery hotel ,but always a good standard of hotel)and parking. The drivers are always polite and courteous and helpful with the luggage. Coming off a long haul flight its a priority to just get in the car and go and with VIP I know that this is ensured.
