“Car Park Doesn't Exist”

I booked car parking at Low Cost Parking Edinburgh Airport. Confirmation email came through promptly and they even sent a reminder two days before I left. I followed the directions on the voucher only to arrive at a NCP who had not record of any booking. After touring around a few car parks at the airport we found the booking was at Flying Scot at a totally different address. When you have a flight to catch this extra time and stress means you don't "gosimply". On my return I emailed the company to advise what had happened. They have not replied and do not want to know, they just want your money!
