Have used Skypark secure many times for meet and greet at Gatwick and generally works okay although very rarely do the drivers meet you on arrival within the timeframe 15-20 mins. We arrived at a freezing cold 11.30 p.m with 8 year old child and called Ace operator on mobile as soon as we picked up our luggage. Said 20 mins driver would be there with our car. Half our later still no sign. Rang the guy who was arrogant/rude and said driver's just there at terminal. 15 mins later still no car and when I tried ringing they would not answer the phone and eventually cliocked it off. Wehn I tried again it was engaged so obviously off the hook. Driver arrived eventually 45 mins after my first call and said he cam as soon as he was told. Told me to complain to ehad office. I very rarely compalin about things like this but this is the first time I felt so storngly about it. would never use Ace again absolute rubbish service who need to emply someone on the phones with customer management skills and also need to ensure they can deliver what they say..
