We parked our car using EPG Meet and Greet service at Gatwick South Terminal for a week. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience last Sunday when we returned. Although the car arrived very promptly the driver left so quickly we were unable to fully check the car over before he disappeared. It had damage to the nearside wing mirror and the company dispute that it was done while they had the car. After several emails they say that they questioned their drivers but no damage occurred whilst the car was with them!! Will not use them again or recommend them to anyone else.
