This is the second time I have used your meet and greet service, and I am very satisfied. Both times I booked online with ease and the price was very competitive! I was met by a friendly member of staff who walked me around the car and asked me to sign accordingly. On return, I was able to call the driver on his mobile as he had text whilst we were waiting for our luggage and he confirmed he was there waiting. I would not hesitate to use or recommend you. Excellent service. A company I will recommend and use again. I got 7 days parking for less than half the price of a taxi to Gatwick and pretty much the same cost as the train. We were met at the drop off zone as promised by a charming young lady. This surprised me, as usually I have had to hang around waiting for someone to meet me - often needing to call the call centre several times to chase. Not with one to one. Our driver was waiting to pick up our car at the drop off point on our outward journey and on our return, I rang the control to be informed the car was already on its way back to the meeting point. We called as required 15 minutes from airport. Valet arrived at drop off point same time as us. On return phoned after picking up luggage and my car arrived immediately after we arrived at pick up point. Perfect timing all round and very pleasant and helpful staff. Have used company twice now and service very good. Excellent value for money, being one of the cheapest meet and greet services. Very friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. We did have some difficulties booking online, but a phone call was all that was needed to book. It is much cheaper than a park and ride service but you don't have to park miles away from the terminal and wait for a bus in the cold. Fantastic service from the start with friendly staff, very prompt in picking car up despite airport being very busy. Same staff member throughout who instead of letting me wait in the cold told me to stay inside and phoned when the car was outside, couldn't ask for better service. Even if plane lands at different terminal staff happy to change pick up point to save you travelling between terminals! Will definitely be using again. How fed up do you get paying £65.00+ for six or seven days parking at Gatwick and then having to do a twenty minute bus journey to and from the airport to the carpark.
