I used IMI parking at Gatwick airport while going for a 5 days holiday in Spain and I can't fault the service at all. I called just a few minutes before we got to the airport and We were met by a very friendly staff who took the car away . On our return, i just gave them a call after collecting the luggage and he was there to meet us on our return even though we came in through another terminal. The car was kept safe and was returned just as we left it. I will highly recommend them (read more)

Booked 2 cars for valet parking 22nd to 29th January 2013 and both families were very happy with the service. firstly my husband is disabled and they very kindly found out about airport assistance and gave phone numbers. I have only used meet and greet services twice. My first experience at Stansted with Meteor was disastrous with a long wait in the cold to pick up the car as well as having the car being damaged whilst in storage. I was therefore reluctant to use any meet and greet services again but decided to use IMI parking at Gatwick because of the good reviews they have. When Easy Jet came in at a diff terminal to the one we expected IMI quickly collected us when the mistake was realized. We used IMI last week and everything went well. What I really liked was the fact that when they pick up your vehicle they fill out a form marking on it any existing damage, how much fuel you have in your tank and the mileage. Then they give YOU a copy of this form, so you have written evidence of the condition in which you handed them your vehicle. We have used several 'Meet and Greet' operators in the past who refuse to give a copy of this paperwork, which means you would have no proof if... (read more)

What a fanatastic service. "They do everything they say on the tin". Upon arrival the IMI representative was there to greet us. After checking off the car we handed over the keys and went straight into the airport - no stress. After using IMI Airport Parking for the first time, it was a classic case of "Why havent we used this firm before". Its quite simply brilliant, and I stress simply because everything about the service can be described this way. Using the website before leaving home allows you to see exactly where to drive to using a useful video clip. We used IMI over the Oct/Nov half term for 9 nights and they didn't fail to impress. I booked via telephone as I was booking in 2 cars and the young lady couldn't have been more helpful. My wife and I used off site parking in June and they were a lot more expensive then IMI. The drivers were waiting at the Hilton hotel when we arrived to collect the cars and where at the airport to deliver them back within 5 minutes of calling them. Valet parking that was cheaper than the cheapest, furthest diy parking seemed too good to be true so booked this with trepidation. Communications by email and phone were reassuringly prompt. The system worked perfectly. My car was picked up as soon as I arrived at Gatwick, and I only had about 3 minutes to wait on my return before it was delivered back. No faffing around lugging bags to a bus, or wondering in a jet-lagged way where the car was parked when the bus returned to the car park. After phoning from the car on the M23 we were met at the South Terminal by the person already at the terminal in EMI Logo Jacket picking up the car. After checking the car all round including mileage reading and Fuel guage. We were on our way into the terminal building within five minutes. I chose IMI after reading the positive reviews online. 1st time I have used this type of parking at Gatwick & will certainly use this company again & will recommend to friends & family. From the time I booked online when given great directions to the contact point service was excellent. The fiendly guy was waiting on our departure to collect the car, & again on our arrival back from holiday, very smooth & efficent. THANK-YOU.
