“Excellent service”

Everyone was efficient, friendly and polite right from the start. The driver was waiting when we arrived. Handover was quick and they checked the vehicle thoroughly and acknowledged the mileage.

Our return flight was delayed. They were understanding and still got the car back to us within minutes of our arrival at the pick-up point. Car was in the condition we left it. Again, polite friendly service.

This was our first experience of IMI and I will definitely use them again.
