“NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!”

We left our car with these diamond THEIFS from the 30th june until 14th July 2012 on our return we were handed our keys (no paperwork signed) and the driver very quickly disappeared. We looked through our car and noticed my brand new galaxy s2 mobile phone had been stolen from the back of our glove box. (infront of it was a satnav which had been left!) We phoned straight through to the office in the early hours whilst still at the airport to be told we had to phone back the next day! ( so what is in the terms and conditions about phoning to report things straight away is a complete waste of time)
Since then we are still fighting our case with these people. NO BODY EVER LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THERE CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU PAY THEM TO LOOK AFTER YOUR CAR AND RETURN TO FIND A £400 PHONE HAS BEEN TAKEN!! THE POLICE HAVE INFORMED US THIS IS BECOMING A REGULAR OCCURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!
