I booked this without looking at the reviews first. After I looked at the reviews and was horrified by what I read and was so worried about who I was leaving my car with. They stated they were UN-uniformed without id whereas they were wearing uniform and had Id and all documentation when they collected the car. Reviews complained about the waiting time. Dropping off and collecting, there was no wait, they were sitting there and waiting for us. Reviews complained about excess mileage, our mileage was 20 miles extra and not any more which covered them driving our car to the car park and back. Other reviews stated cars were damage with bird poo over them. Ours didn't receive any damage and looked perfectly fine. Absolutely no complaints, was so easy and stress free, will definitely use again.
