I booked Ace Meet & Greet for an early morning flight (6am) to take away the stress and worry of parking that early in the morning. We called them 20 mins before arriving as instructed and got no further than giving the name the booking was in before being hung up on. From then on till we reached the car park constantly engaged. Now in car park, kept trying. Got hung up on again....a total of 30 calls made most engaged, only 3 calls connected through to office and out of these was hung up on twice !! A full 50 mins after arriving in car park and totally stressed out and in fear of missing flight someone arrived to collect car. Staff on phone/at office totally indifferent and unconcerned. Shabby, awful service and I would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone. I am in process of complaining and am considering reporting to Trading Standards. Should not be an approved meet & greet service as they do not care about customer and once they have your money don't care if you miss your flight. DO NOT USE !!
