“Waited 75 minutes for car to be delivered back to me!”

It took me 20 minutes to get through to them on the phone once I landed at Gatwick, then it took a further 55 minutes for them to deliver the car to the pick up point.
A complete waste of time.
Would have been MUCH quicker to and cheaper to pay in the longstay and get the bus.
