“Meet and Greet Perfect For Families”

on a freezing cold March morning we arrived at Gatwick airports North meet and greet, what a warming experience it was. It took us no longer than a couple of minutes to drop off the car and walk just a short distance to departures. The service is excellent and on our return two weeks later we had a similarly smooth and professional service. shall be dropping our vehicles here whenever we go from Gatwick!! excellent value too! Had used this company once previously with no problem but left my car with them for a week in October 2012 and, again, was happy with the service. Three or four weeks after my return, the turbo light started displaying on the dashboard and eventually, I lifted the bonnet to check, only to notice that the engine cover was missing. We used First Choice Parking for our recent holiday. As instructed, we telephoned First Choice 20 mins before we arrived at Gatwick. This was fine and they said they would be on their way to meet us there. Before we reached Gatwick they telephoned us to ask us to "drive faster" - although we were still within our 20 min ETA and in solid traffic! I appreciated the call before I even left the house to remind me that I was running a little behind. It was followed by a call some 20 minutes before the arrival at Terminal and I was given good verbal directions. The driver was waiting when I arrived. I left my car with First Choice Parking, upon collection I immediately noticed the bodywork at the rear was cracked, I pointed this out to the rep who told me to contact the office then disappeared. Upon getting inside I noticed the car smelt of smoke (we have a young child and do not smoke) and there were various instances of ground in cigarette ash. “Customer service, what customer service.”

Car left with First Choice Parking from Gatwick South terminal for 1 week. On return car was returned after 25 minutes. It wasn't until we were driving away that I noticed there were 25 miles added to the odometer, and when I got home I noticed that the driver's floor mat was covered in dry mud. Our car was filthy inside when EVENTUALLY returned to us after our waiting in the cold and rain for a good 10 minutes, having previously been told a driver was in our car just waiting to deliver it to us!
He obviously got lost on his way to airport!?!?!

“Do not use this company if you value your car!!”

As previous negative reviews, we also had a not very pleasant experience with this company. When car was returned (after a good half an hour) we noticed a minor damage to our car. We unfortutely noticed it after driver left. Manager promised to call us back which never happened. The driver who dropped our car off also managed to brag about riding customer's Bentley 130mph down M25 earlier on that day. We certainly will not be using this company again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY......
When i arrived at the airport with my car there was no one there to meet and greet me as arranged,had to call them,a good half an hour until someone turned up to pick my car up.
When arriving back from my holiday i was told to call them when i was picking up my suitcases and my car would be out the front waiting for me.No car another phone call,when my car did turn up it i found it damaged,was told there had been an accident when parking it,i found this very hard to believe as the damage to my car was more than a little scratch please avoid this company

We left our car with First Choice parking for a week. On return, tired, at 1 o'clock in the morning we checked the car in the street lights. All seemed fine,so we drove away, although my husband did comment that a lot of petrol had been used. Three days later, when the car was next used, we noticed that the cigarette lighter was not there. Hi, I left my car with them for 1 week in Oct 2012, and all seemed well, was happy with the service going and coming, a couple of weeks later my turbo light kept coming on and on opening the bonnet.... the engine cover was missing. The turbo problem, I'm pretty sure is nothing to do with them, but the fact that I had the car MOTed just before our holiday and I opened the bonnet to checked the oil before I left for the airport, would strongly suggest that they nicked the engine cover. I havent even bothered to report it as they will obviously deny any knowledge, My advise, DO NOT USE THEM.

Used this for the first time Fantastic service and set up. Very easy and efficient even when we were turning up at 3 am to drop off car. All staff very friendly and efficient even at that ungodly hour. Much cheaper than bigger competitors. On return had 5 min wait to be picked up Cannot fault the service and will use again. Left my car for three nights with this company - FIRST CHOICE PARKING of 45 Gatwick Road, Manor Royal, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 9RD, as we've used them before Came back to discover my IPod Classic (not valuable) that was safely locked in the glove box was no longer in the car. I was very happy withe Service, we were coming to north terminal, as soon as we approached, the colleauge of forst choice was waiting and flagged us down ! He even helped with our bags and got a trolley ! I was very happy with the service, on the way back my vehicle wa waiting for me when i came to the drop off point ! Booked online no problem. Changed departure and arrival time and paid a fee for this no problem. Took car to airport no problem. Arrived back in UK at 4.45 am to be told I was late!!!!!!!! Told them that I had paid to change times as our holiday had changed. Man told me my car might be blocked in. Called me back and joked they would be an hour as it was blocked in!!!!!!!! Not really 10 mins he said. We got out 15 mins later as customs called us over to advise us of changes to import limit laws. No car callled them 20 mins later as I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Told me he had called us and we had not answered so he sent his driver away. Said that driver is not bonded to us and that we would have to wait another half an hour. This turned to another 40mins!!!! Cold and wet I was not impressed. Why would I not be at the pick up point at some time soon after calling them up. Saw loads of official looking drivers picking up and dropping off other cars, but no First Choice employees. Man on phone was rude and left me in tears as we were both going straight to work. Cold, tired and now very late. Not the service we have had in the past from some more well known (coloured) parking people. Stick with the purple I say. They are rude and nasty and uncaring and unprofessional and that is no exaggeration.

Since my previous post I have finally received a response from First Choice, but only after telling them that I had written an unfavourable review of their service online and intended to do more, unless I heard from them.
They said they would have liked the opportunity to respond before I posted my unfavourable review! Oh yes, and just how long do they need?
They have not apologised for their poor service but have offered me £10 off my next booking. I have replied to them saying I have no intention of using them again and will advise others likewise!
What a pity. It COULD have been such a great service!

Exactly why would anyone use them again. Price was reasonable I guess, but only if service had followed suit. I was so unimpressed and would not dream of getting involved again even if they offered it for free. Oh well cest la vie.
