“Car engine damaged ”

Long story short Car drove 2and half hrs to manchester airport Drove two mins back home oil and water checked before gave it to company was returned empty of both. Engine blew up after I had car back 5 mins with 2 kids and wife in on middle of motorway. £480 recovery and £3000 rebuild. Also phone calls were ignored from them but then they answer off my wife's phone. They were late dropping it off and were snotty on the phone. “Rude Terrible Unhelpful Service!”

Eazypark!??....On arrival we had to wait 20mins for someone to collect the car, luckily we had time to spare for flight departure! Tried ringing & didn't answer phone. Complained to pick up man who wasn't interested & offered no apology or guarantee that it wouldn't be the same on return! On our return, we rang for car, again no answer initially, tried 3 times, where by they were then aggressive & rude & not interested. “damage to car”

Didn't have a complain about eazypark meet and greet was promt and drivers friendly ... Until we saw the car in day light! There was a big dent in driver side door as well as a scrape in the paint and the bonnet and root had been crawled over and scratched by, looking at all the footprints, a cat! Unfortunately my husband had checked the car over in the dark and in the middle of the night after a long flight so had missed the damage (I don't know how!) “Care and Service!!!”

Drop off satisfactory. Collection, car came back filthy including muddy footmarks on inside carpets. Worse to come when unable to open boot. "Chauffeur" would take no responsibility, said we were last to use it (when taking out cases!!!) then scuttled into minibus with several other "chauffeurs" and left us to load luggage into back seat. “Once again,,,,,, excellent service”

The first time we used this company my husband came off the plane poorly and therefore unable to drive home.this company were fantastic.they drove us to the nearest hotel in the early hours of the morning. We were really grateful.we have only received excellent service from them and have booked them again for next week. “bad service”

20 mins before arriving at Manchester rang to inform of arrival. Arrived no eazypark rep. Waited 10 mins rang again to be told a mini bus would arrive shortly with several drivers. Waited another 10 mins and eventually a rep arrived and said he had been waiting for us. Basically waited 20 mins and the office and rep information did not match. “More like Wait and Greet!”

Early morning drop-off on 17 December '13, phoned up to confirm pick up and was told they were very busy and could we drop off a little later... we agreed 15 minutes, but after 1/2 hour no sign, called the office, and the operator insisted that the driver was there waiting - there was no one - eventually agreed to find out what the delay was, and then said '5 minutes'. “No problems at all”

After reading some reviews I was concerned but we had no need to be. We were dropping car of for 4am 27/10/13 called about 15mins before getting to airport, called answered with in a couple of rings and was given directions to T3 drop off point and the driver was there to collect the car before we had got the luggage out, he then explained when to call and where to wait for pick up. “Worst Meet and Greet ever !”

I always use a meet and greet and manchester airport and book through the agent. I normally stop my car at the drop off zone and someone is there waiting for me and on my return I will call from the baggage hall and again someone is there or almost there when I leave the airport. So, with Eazypark, I followed the standard instructions and called them 20 minutes again. The call handler said someone would be there within 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I started to get itchy. “Rubbish”

Total rubbish. Ok for the drop off, but terrible with the pick up. They were really late, lied to us on the phone about reasons for being late - it was really easy to check some of his made up excuses - and then when it was so obvious that the person arriving knew he'd fibbed to us, he just smiled like a little school kid, who'd been caught but knew nothing could happen. Used EasyPark for a Meet and Greet from 06/10/13 to 12/10/13 - what a mistake. When we dropped the car off we were told they would be 5 minutes, they turned up 20 minutes later. Not what you need prior to checkin or when security are being forceful about moving you on at Terminal 1. If that was the only problem then you could forgive the slow service. However it wasn't. “prepare to be stranded”

Dropping off was good. On collection the phone number was not answering for two hours leaving us to our own interpretation of the apparently dissapeared service (and our car). After spending on phone calls amount comparable to the parking fee and being ready to take train the phone answered. Eazy Park Meet and Greet (eventually, if you're lucky) Dropping car off - Took several phone attempts to get through to Eazy Park which was odd as it was 4am, but did get through and someone was there waiting to take the car. With two young children we decided to use this company for ease over the Easter break. Landing around midnight, not the busiest time at the airport, we waited in excess of an hour for our car, making a number of telephone calls and listening to a variety of excuses / lies. after using these 3 times lets say this last time was not good service. We collected our car from the driver who disappeared very quickly before we even opened our doors. After opening back doors i now know why! our carpet was full of muddy/oily boot marks! couldnt understand why my coat had been moved off the back seat, i contacted them yesterday by e-mail and got a very rude abrupt reply! “Eazy Park vehicle drop off & collection service: ”

On returning & ringing Eazypark to drop our car off at Terminal 2 the driver replied "I'm on my own dropping off cars and walking back to the depot, I'll be 20 mins". Our car and the driver eventually arrived 40 minutes later. Poor service. My fleece jacket which was left in the car was also missing when the car was returned. Apart from difficulty hearing the man who received our call from a poor mobile connection, 10 minutes before arrival, the outward bound service was good. Our car was collected promptly by a pleasant and friendly woman who, rightly, questioned our return flight details.
