Eazy Park Meet and Greet (eventually, if you're lucky) Dropping car off - Took several phone attempts to get through to Eazy Park which was odd as it was 4am, but did get through and someone was there waiting to take the car. The answer phone service which tells you not to leave a message sounds very un-proffesional. Picking car up - This was a nightmare. With two young children we decided to use this company for ease over the Easter break. Landing around midnight, not the busiest time at the airport, we waited in excess of an hour for our car, making a number of telephone calls and listening to a variety of excuses / lies. Complained verbally, complained in writing and received a letter promising a refund and guess what................still waiting. We even sent a follow-up letter mentioning the refund. I have had simular experiences as everyone in these reviews. was told trainies and wheni pointed out the feet marks and the passenger seat all the way back like someone had made out they said impossible its a family ran business..... opps think they need to get a grip of thier kids ! sorry but this company seems to be cheap and un cheerful when things go wrong (read more)

after using these 3 times lets say this last time was not good service. We collected our car from the driver who disappeared very quickly before we even opened our doors. After opening back doors i now know why! our carpet was full of muddy/oily boot marks! couldnt understand why my coat had been moved off the back seat, i contacted them yesterday by e-mail and got a very rude abrupt reply! On returning & ringing Eazypark to drop our car off at Terminal 2 the driver replied "I'm on my own dropping off cars and walking back to the depot, I'll be 20 mins". Our car and the driver eventually arrived 40 minutes later. Poor service. My fleece jacket which was left in the car was also missing when the car was returned. The company have simply said they trust their staff and that their terms and conditions are that they are not responsible for vehicle contents. They were not... (read more)

Apart from difficulty hearing the man who received our call from a poor mobile connection, 10 minutes before arrival, the outward bound service was good. Our car was collected promptly by a pleasant and friendly woman who, rightly, questioned our return flight details. We had given incorrect return details, gave her the correct information and she reassured us she would pass this information on to 'the office'. However, the 'service' on return was very poor. Upon my return late in the evening, the car was returned promptly and the driver thrust the return form in front of me without asking me to properly check the vehicle. The following day I realised why when I noticed a large scrape on the front bumper. Eazyparks office failed to return my call and subsequently denied all responsibility as the waiver had been signed.
