We have used this company for many years & always been satisfied with the service, until this episode.
We had concerns something was not right when we arrived to check in at Manchester airport & had to wait nearly 30 mins for the driver to turn up & collect the car.
Upon return to Manchester airport I contacted EazyPark & was told the traffic was heavy around the airport, so they would be 20-25 mins before reaching the terminal.
After waiting 1 hour & making a couple of phone calls to chase them, I was told my vehicle was in a traffic queue, but not to worry they would be with me soon.
The vehicle & driver appeared approx 10 mins later, asked me to sign the acceptance form, which I did,(as by this time we were somewhat travel tired) & he then jumped into another vehicle & departed.
Upon leaving the terminal/airport all the roads were clear of traffic, in fact they were quite empty, which raised our suspicions, we had been lied too.
Immediately arriving home, we opened the boot to unload the suitcases & saw what looked like damage to the rear bumper, which they had tried to cover up by dirtying the area, which again looked odd. Upon further inspection, the bumper had definitely been damaged in 2 areas, 1 area showed signs that it had been either reversed into an object or another vehicle reversed into it,but in any event the paint had been damaged/removed down to the primer. The 2nd area looked as though a vehicle had hit the edge of the bumper, leaving a deep scratch which had removed the paint, down to the primer, again.
What made the situation unacceptable, was they obviously knew they had caused the damage,because they had covered it up, quite successfully.
We have our doubts where the vehicles are being parked, because in all the years we have used EazyPark in the past, we have never had our vehicle damaged.
The drivers previously used by EazyPark were mature individuals, but the drivers being used now are very young & I mean very young & not well presented.
We will never use this company again & we would advise anybody thinking of using EazyPark - DO NOT, under any circumstances use this company.
The original EazyPark business has clearly been sold to the new people, who are making a great job of ruining a successful company.
We are very reluctant to give this company 1 star, 0 is too generous, what a shambles. They do not deserve to continue in business.
