Everything went smooth with pick up but whilst on holiday we got several phone calls and when I returned the call was told it was a mistake. One time this was 4am. However on return our car could not be located and we had to wait for them to contact us when they had found. This was 40 minutes later and it was now 3am. When the car arrived it was damaged with red paint transfer all down the drivers side. The driver mentioned nothing and was quite happy to sign and run off. When I pointed this out he shrugged his shoulders and said he was just the driver. I was left to sort out the damage and when I pointed out this is a 7 week old car and I felt very upset, I got no apology just told to send the bill. I have asked for a full investigation but received nothing. However they did pay the bill but again no apology nothing. I will not use or recommend again.
