It was the most convenient valet parking service I have ever received. Communication was great with concise and precise instructions. Drivers were available on time to pick up the car and deliver it on time the returning day. Overall very happy with the service. Will definitely use again.

I used Easy parking due to their competitive price. They where there at the airport when I arrived and took my car away. When we returned the driver was there waiting for us. No waiting around for them to turn up. Very happy with the service and price. I will be using them again.

I have used this service a number of times now. Great service, great price and SO fantastic not to have to get back to normal parking when you get back and it is raining. Couldn't believe it the first time - it was such a good price for what was promised, but it worked like a dream and has done every time since. It knocks ages/stress off the time for getting home and makes it all so ....easy! The guys are also really pleasant, smiling and helpful. A real find.

Fantastic service, takes the worry and hassle out of organising taxis, worrying about the kids' car seats, worrying about getting shuttle buses to and from car parks especially when landing after an overnight flight when everyone is exhausted. Brilliant!

I have been using Meet &Greet for a long time now but through groupon found this company Used them for fist time on a recent flight and they were very helpful. Especially on my return flight I was rebooked on an earlier flight and I did notify them of this before departure. When we arrived I called them again to remind them and sure enough the car was there exactly on time. We found it a very good and flexible service

For me the best way to get to and from Heathrow is to drive myself in my own car, so a service that works as well as this one is perfect, very pleasant staff and a fuss free experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to all my friends. Very happy, thank you easy valet parking.

I was disappointed, on picking up my car, to find not only had the steering wheel been moved, but the car’s settings had been changed to Race mode. As parking is mostly a matter of trust, I cannot understand what would motivate a professional service to consider doing this, and it certainly makes me concerned about what else might be happening while I’m away. On a prior use, I did notice a scuff mark on the side of the car that wasn't there when I handed it over, but that polished out... Should have been a warning.

I have used Easy Valet Parking over several years now and have found them extremely friendly and helpful. On one occasion, whilst waiting for a delayed flight home, they texted me to let me know my flight had been cancelled, before the airline company had the courtesy to tell us. They do not have an office at the airport so, on occasions I have had to wait several minutes for them to arrive to pick the car up, but that partly depends on the time you call ahead. The plus side to this is that it keeps there overheads down, which they pass on to the customer through cheaper parking

I have used Easy Valet Parking for a year and they are consistently delivering what they say. They are always there on time for drop off and pick up. In the unlike event that there is a delay they will say so rather than keep you in the dark like so many other valet organisations.

Just went away from Heathrow terminal 2 from 20 Dec 2014 to 31 Dec 2014 and used these guys. I was a bit concerned by a mobile number to ring as it looked amateurish. However, everything went smoothly and I would recommend again. There were times when they did not pick up and it went to voicemail, which caused alarm but it was fine.

For a short weekend break from LHR we didn't fancy using our normal offsite parking company as it was a very early start and a late flight home. Came across easy valet parking and the reviews looks good so thought, with some scepticism, we'd give it a go. It was straightforward from start to finish. Easy online booking and payment, simple and clear instructions to follow and it all went like clockwork on the day. Driver was waiting to collect the car, and on return had to wait no more than 5 mins to collect it. We were home in probably the same amount if time it would have taken with our usual parking provider to be on the M25. Great value for money, great service and will definitely be using again.
