We used easy parking last year. Was looking to book again this year and found the reviews on here. I did not know you could leave a review last year as I would have done then because we were really pleased we used them.
Flew to america with the family and easy parking met us on time at the airport. We go through to security check and my daughter realises as we are putting items in the x ray tray she has lost her phone!.

After the brief panic she remembers it may be in the rear door pocket!. My wife and other daughter go through security and we go back out while calling easy parking to see if they had gone. They said the driver has at the compound but would check the car and call back. They called and said phone was there and was on way back to meet me outside with it. Absolutely brilliant.
On the return leg we are delayed 4 days due to the ash cloud and ended up in a temporary hotel. We had a nightmare of a time but managed to get on first flight to land back at Gatwick. Had called Easy parking as boarding and said we may be back but they were not sure if they could land at Gatwick as talks were still going on and they are taking off to get us to Gatwick, Spain or Ireland!.
They circled a while off the coast before getting go ahead to land. Gatwick was a ghost town. Called easy parking at some ridicules time in the night to say we had landed and he said will meet you in about 25 min which they did.
I felt we had been a bit of a nuisance but they were great. After our 4 day delay it was really really nice to be met at the airport with the car.
Going to book again now.
