collection of car when we arrived took over 40 mins we then had to hurry through check in!! dropping the car off when we arrived home well.. i please advise people with children DONT NOT USE!! we should have had our car returned 1.45 early hours bearing in mind we rang then before we even collected our lugged we was still there hour and half later 3.15 my poor children was crying freezing i was livid disnt get home while 5.30 PLZ PLZ AVOID!! they also cut phone off on you very inconsiderate
