Car delivered back to me with several large patches on the paintwork where the lacquer had lifted and in some places gone altogether. The driver tried to explain it away as sun damage (after being left with them for a week, in October, when it had been raining for most of that week!). They denied liability for the damage. I issued a claim against them for the cost of the repairs. The company has now submitted an application to be struck off. If granted, no doubt they will start up a new company, carry on trading, and causing problems for customers in the future - and yet go unpunished.

I have just cancelled a booking with them, I thought it was the offical site, then was horrified to find its not and a pile of bad reviews.
Terms and conditions state there is a 7.50 admin fee for cancelling I job hope I get the rest without a fight.
