I have just used this disgusting service and like yourself my vehicle has been mistreated - I have been to see a professional body work specialist who has informed me that my vehicle will require a complete body re spray at an approx cost of £3,000.
I have contacted Car Park Manchester and sent photographs of the damage, when I spoke to them earlier today they informed me that there was no one from Management available to speak to me and that someone would return my call later today. I have only just found this site and read the reviews - it does not look very encouraging. I was wondering how you faired with your complaint.
