After returning from holiday to find our vehicle damaged in two places and then receiving a parking fine whilst we were away on holiday, I think you can sum up our opinions of ADP. Its impossible to contact them on their phones. They don't reply to messages left and eventually send what can only be described as a joke e-mail denying any responsibility against any damage and then comically offering a courtesy stay with them as a good will gesture...................If you want to know your vehicle is in safe hands, then read the other reviews and learn from all our mistakes. Fair Trading Standards are dealing with my case now because I have ran out of patience with ADP. I will also be reporting them to Watchdog as they really don't deserve to be trading.
