I booked because they were cheap, big mistake! My car was not returned on time and actually turned up 2 days later after leaving me standing at Gatwick for 6 hours! I met with Millie who told me she would refund the out of pocket expenses of a hire car and extra fuel for the return journey. After months of chasing and e-mails from ADP promising to refund the money, still nothing and very little hope from the look of it. I don't know where to go from here, it would appear I only have the option of the Small Claims Court and more financial outlay.

Yes I was without the car back in April 2012 . (Name removed) have promised to send cheque or account. Only lays to today 17 October 2012. Wish to take her to Civic Court and to do together with more people.
