I booked this company without seeing the awful reviews that they have attracted as I thought the valet parking would save us some time!

When I later saw the reviews I investigated with my bank whether I could cancel the payment, but it was clear that I could not. The choice was therefore to loose the money that I had paid to them or 'chance it'! I chose to 'chance it' as far as getting to Gatwick armed with details of somewhere else to park should ADP not even turn up to collect our vehicle. They did turn up - late but not horribly late, so the 'chance it' strategy went ahead and I figured that maybe it was only unhappy people who were bothering to review this company and maybe most customers 'got away with it'!

Unfortunately on return from a week's holiday at approximately midnight, the attempt to phone ADP was greeted by a 'this number is not available' message. 2 hours of trying later we were forced to book into Premier Inn at the airport. Next day after 3 hours of engaged or ringing out experiences of phoning ADP and even phoning the ploice to report a possibly stolen car (they were very aware of the company by the way and simply added us to the list saying that Trading Standards were investigating them but they could do nothing as it was a 'civil matter' and as far as they were concerned it was not stolen) we finally got through. We were then told various lies about how they would ring back (the never did), how long it would be before we had the car returned, the strange unprecedented confluences of there misfortune that had resulted in the problems (phone systems breaking down, an irate former employee / manager having taken all the car keys and deliberately mixed then up) etc. etc..

Mid afternoon we finally got the car back. Fortunately they had only broken the rear set coffee cup holders and the leaver on the rear armrest. Compared with the damage inflicted on other hapless peoples' experiences of using this companies 'services' this had to be considered a result...
